Thank you for shopping with Luna B Organics. We proudly offer both domestic and international shipping for our handcrafted, small-batch products.
Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Our staff will process during the hours of Monday through Friday 9 AM-4 PM. (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods. Any delays will be communicated via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
United States
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

For international orders:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking availability may vary for international shipments
Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear
Disclaimer of Liability / Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Luna B Organics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
Check with neighbors or your local carrier
Contact the shipping provider directly
While we are happy to assist with carrier claims, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

Our products are made with natural ingredients (including tallow and botanical oils) and may be sensitive to extreme temperatures during transit.
We recommend bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
